Пример одного из стандартных тел (основной части) контракта:1. The 'Purchaser' agrees to pay The 'Seller' the sum of $___ on the signing of this agreement, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and to pay The 'Seller' the balance due on or before [date] or 'Purchaser' agrees to forfeit this amount to 'Seller' as and for liquidated damages for this breach. Title will not pass to 'Purchaser' until payment in full has been made. If final payment is made by check, title will not pass until check is paid.
Покупатель соглашается уплатить Продавцу сумму ____ долларов при подписании данного соглашения, получение которой при этом подтверждено, и уплатить Продавцу остаток [date] или до [date], или Покупатель при этом соглашается уплатить штраф Продавцу в указанном размере за заранее оценённые убытки за нарушение договора. Право собственности не переходит Покупателю до тех пор, пока не будет сделана полная оплата. Если окончательный расчет сделан чеком, право собственности не переходит до тех пор, пока чек не будет оплачен.
2. The 'Purchaser' certifies that he is of lawful age and has full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. That the used motor vehicle being traded, if any, is free and clear from all encumbrances whatsoever.
Покупатель подтверждает, что он является совершеннолетним и имеет полные права для того, чтобы заключить данное соглашение, и что автомобиль, который он отдает в счёт покупки нового, если таковой имеется, свободен от какого-либо обременения.
3. It is understood that the Purchaser has examined this used motor vehicle and accepts it in its present condition which we warrant complies with Section 301 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law and certified in accordance with Section 417 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law and Section 198-b, General Business Law, State of New York. Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of a true and exact copy of this "Agreement", and a copy of the "Retail Installment Contract", if applicable.
Настоящим подразумевается, что Покупатель проверил автомобиль, бывший в эксплуатации, и принимает его в настоящем состоянии, которое, мы гарантируем, соответствует разделу 301 "Закона об автомобильных транспортных средствах и дорожном движении" и заверен в соответствии с разделом 417 "Закона об автомобильных транспортных средствах и дорожном движении" и разделом 198-b "Закона об основах деловых сделок" в штате Нью-Йорк.
